Full Terms & Conditions for NDC Creations

1. General & E-Commerce Orders

  • Contract Formation: A contract between NDC Creations and the Customer is only formed once we have dispatched the goods. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.
  • Personalisation Accuracy: We engrave exactly what is provided by the client. It is your responsibility to check all spellings, dates, and grammar. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible. If a customer error is found after engraving, no refund will be issued.

2. Event & Corporate Bookings

For bespoke event services (Weddings, Corporate Events, etc.), the following specific terms apply:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date. No work will commence, and the date will not be “held,” until this deposit is cleared.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the scheduled event or delivery date.
  • Final Proofs: All engraving proofs must be signed off via email or our Live Chat service at least 14 days before the event. Once signed off, no further changes can be made, and any errors in the original submission are the responsibility of the client.

3. Cancellation Policy (Events & Bulk Orders)

If you wish to cancel an event booking, the following sliding scale applies to your total order value:

  • Cancellation more than 6 months before the event: You will receive a refund of any payments made minus the non-refundable 50% deposit.
  • Cancellation between 6 months and 31 days before the event: 50% of the total order value is retained (the deposit), and any additional payments made above this will be refunded.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued. 100% of the total order value is due and retained, as materials will have been purchased and production scheduled.

4. Intellectual Property & Photography

  • Design Rights: NDC Creations retains full ownership of all designs, mock-ups, and artistic concepts created for the client.
  • Marketing: We reserve the right to take photographs of any finished product (including personalised wedding and corporate items) to use for marketing, social media (Instagram/Portfolio), and website displays. If your event is a surprise and you wish for us to delay posting until after the event date, please notify us at hello@ndccreations.co.uk.

5. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

  • The Clause: NDC Creations shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, strikes, interruption of electricity/internet, or sudden ill-health/incapacity of the lead artisan.
  • Limited Liability: In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill an order due to a “Force Majeure” event, our liability is strictly limited to a full refund of all monies paid by the client. We are not liable for any “consequential loss” (e.g., the cost of finding a last-minute replacement, or “distress” related to the event).
