Returns & Refunds Policy
At NDC Creations, we pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship. Whether you have purchased a bespoke engraved gift or a standard item from our collection, please review our policy below regarding returns and cancellations.
1. Personalised & Engraved Items
Items that have been engraved or custom-made to your specific instructions are exempt from the standard right to cancel under UK Consumer Law.
- Spelling & Accuracy: We engrave exactly what is submitted at the time of order. We check all spellings against the information you provide. Please double-check all text, grammar, and dates before completing your purchase. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the error was present in the information you submitted.
- Our Errors: If there is a spelling mistake or an error that differs from your submitted instructions, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
2. Standard (Non-Customised) Items
For items that are not personalised (e.g., plain giftware or non-engraved jewellery), you have the right to change your mind.
- Notification Period: You must notify us of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging.
- Jewellery & Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the internal hygiene seal has been broken or the packaging has been tampered with, unless the item is faulty. Necklaces and bracelets are subject to our standard 14-day return policy.

4. Shipping & Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. This includes the cost of the item and the original basic delivery charges.
Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit.
