For standard orders, we engrave exactly what you type into the box. For wedding and corporate event bookings, we send a digital proof for approval 14 days before the event.

Please contact us via Live Chat immediately! If we haven’t started the engraving process yet, we can update it. However, once an item is engraved, we cannot offer a refund for customer errors.

Standard items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Personalised items may take 5–7 working days during busy periods.

Under UK law, personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an engraving error.

Most items can be returned within 14 days. However, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal is broken.

We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance to secure your date, especially during the summer wedding season. A 50% deposit is required to hold the date.

Yes! We love working on unique designs. You can send your artwork or photographs directly to us via our Live Chat during office hours, or email them to hello@ndccreations.co.uk

For the best results, we recommend high-resolution .JPG or .PNG files for photos, and vector files (like .AI, .EPS, or .PDF) for logos and line art. If you aren’t sure, just send what you have over chat and we’ll check if it’s suitable!

Simple text and basic logos are often included in the price. Complex photo-engraving or intricate design work may incur a small setup fee, which we will always discuss with you before starting.

Wood is a natural material. To keep it looking its best, avoid soaking it in water or placing it in the dishwasher. Wipe with a damp cloth and occasionally rub in a food-safe mineral oil or beeswax to maintain the finish.

No. Our engraving is a physical mark made into the surface of the metal, not a print. However, to keep the metal shiny, we recommend using a soft polishing cloth and avoiding harsh chemicals like perfume or bleach.

Because custom designs require a little extra setup and a “proof” stage, please allow 7–10 working days for dispatch.

Wood and metal have natural grains and textures that can affect the final look. We will always let you know via Live Chat if we think a photo won’t engrave well, but please note that some variation is part of the charm of a handmade item.

We never include paper invoices or price tags in our packages, making them perfect to send directly to the recipient! Your receipt is sent digitally to your email address.

Yes! You can add a gift message at checkout, which we will print/engrave and include with your order.

We recommend checking our Live Chat immediately for ‘Rush Order’ availability. If we have the item in stock, we can often prioritise your engraving for a small fee.
